This project is set on a sloping site that offers breathtaking views of the mountain range and Tbilisi.
Our goal was to position the house to fully capitalize on these panoramic views, orienting the main living spaces toward the most striking perspectives, which helped shape the overall layout of the development.
The street-facing facade presents a striking visual with its clean, geometric barn-style design, incorporating a carport, entrance area, and attic floor. The home's common areas are in the lower glazed stylobate, offering direct access to the courtyard while remaining visually shielded from the street.
To preserve the simplicity of the geometric façades, we chose beveled wooden planks as the primary finishing material, complemented by crossbar brick. A cantilevered section finished with fiber-concrete panels enhances the design, while anthracite window frames and wooden planks contribute to the minimalistic yet distinctive aesthetic of the home.
