The single-story, L-shaped structure, with a distinctive roof composition, sits at road level in the lower portion of the plot, making entry convenient and accessible.
The materials concept is equally unusual: the wood on the facade is left untreated, with no varnish or paint. This allows the facade to evolve naturally, embracing the aging process and responding to weather conditions—a unique reflection of natural change.
