Project Description

The house was originally conceived as an investment project, which determined the restrained and versatile character of the interior. The design avoids bold textures and bright color accents, focusing instead on a calm, neutral aesthetic. As a result, the space feels harmonious, clear, and comfortable, easily adaptable to a variety of living scenarios.

Natural materials dominate the finishes—light wood and softly toned travertine create a sense of warmth and naturalness.

The interior architecture is designed so that panoramic glazing becomes a key element of the space: the boundaries between interior and exterior are visually blurred, uniting the home with its surroundings.

Inspired by the atmosphere of Florida, additional green accents were introduced into the project. The central feature is a striking staircase designed as an art object. Its glass railings are finished with a dark green film featuring a soft gradient that gradually fades from a rich, saturated color to transparency.

Overall, the space is perceived as cohesive, filled with air and light, and organically integrated into the surrounding landscape and context.
