Project Description

This project focuses on thoughtful space planning and flexibility in use. The house is designed as a system of scenarios, where each area supports a particular way of living and can adapt to different needs.

The layout is organized by dividing the home into functional zones—both within a single level and across two floors. Each zone differs in how it relates to the space and in its level of privacy.

Special attention is given to the guest area. It is conceived as a flexible space that can serve different purposes depending on the situation: a guest bedroom, a poolside lounge, a billiards room, or a home gym.

The private part of the house is located on the second floor and divided into separate zones. The primary bedroom and the children’s rooms are positioned to ensure quiet and privacy, avoiding unnecessary proximity and overlap in daily routines.

Light also serves as a tool for zoning. More open, well-lit areas with panoramic windows define the shared living spaces, while more intimate areas create a sense of seclusion and comfort.

Each room is complemented by its own bathroom and walk-in closet, enhancing independence and comfort. Attention to detail and a clear planning logic result in a cohesive and well-balanced home designed for everyday living.
