This modern 10,700 sq. ft. home was designed for a family with adult children, and the layout reflects this. We created three independent master bedrooms—one for the parents and one for each child—while maintaining a high level of privacy for all.
Architecturally, the house is fully integrated into the expansive 70-acre plot. The first floor features a solid, intricate composition of concrete elements, providing a sense of stability and strength. In contrast, the second floor feels light and airy, thanks to the extensive use of glass and metal, which beautifully reflects the surrounding landscape.
