In this project, we faced the interesting challenge of locating a two-story house on a triangular plot. The site's geometry dictated the flowing lines and volumetric shifts that became the house's signature features and defined its distinctive silhouette.
The main goal was to combine architecture with nature and create a simple, laconic look with a touch of flair. The clients weren't keen on straight lines and angles. They wanted something more natural and organic, biomorphic, but nuanced, in the spirit of parametricism. We found a solution through contrast: the austere glass surfaces harmonize with the warm wooden canopy, and every element of the façade creates a sense of lightness and modernity.
At the entrance, a visual axis is formed, directed toward the pool, filling the space with light and setting the mood even before you step inside. A spacious coat closet makes the hallway functional and comfortable.
The bright kitchen, with its island and panoramic views, is the heart of the home. Here, the architecture unites interior and nature, creating an atmosphere of lightness and spaciousness. The garage is a separate volume but connected to the second floor and carport, turning the entrance into a visual accent and compositional element.
The living area was designed with privacy in mind: the children's rooms and the master bedroom, with their own walk-in closets and bathrooms, are located in separate wings of the house, complemented by a spacious study.
Every detail in the home is carefully considered: form, light, materials, and the rhythm of volumes create a harmonious composition where functionality meets visual expression and character.
