Project Description

While working on this project, we faced several unusual challenges, each of which became an opportunity to create a unique space. The house was conceived as a compact, meaningful architecture without excessive space, but with accents reflecting the family's lifestyle and hobbies.
The client has several dogs, who are equal residents of the house. To ensure the comfort of the entire family, we divided the plot into several courtyards: a cozy inner courtyard for relaxation, and the main courtyard is designed with the dogs' needs in mind. The northern part of the plot is specifically designated for huskies, who prefer a cooler area.

The challenging terrain and mature trees became a source of inspiration, not a constraint. We preserved the natural landscape and integrated the architecture into the surroundings. Green roofs enhance the effect of the house blending into the landscape, and from the street, it is perceived as a compact, single-story structure.

A bridge over the courtyard connects the guest parking area and the entrance area. This creates not only a convenient functional connection but also a striking architectural accent, creating an engaging perception of the space.

A special highlight of the project is the music room. Its carefully designed acoustics make the space more than just a room, but a true place of power, where architecture and music resonate in harmony.
