When glazing dictates its own rules.
The clients wanted a respectable space that felt warm and vibrant. Here, we built a composition around a unified area: a large dining table for 10 opens up to panoramic windows, a sofa set forms a relaxation center, and a striking kitchen island adds dynamism to the space.
Familiar tactile materials were used in the finishing: herringbone parquet flooring sets the rhythm, leather and textiles soften the atmosphere, and metal adds architectural precision.
Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located in separate wings of the apartment, enhancing privacy. The space allowed for full-size walk-in closets, and one room even accommodates a compact study, all without disrupting the sense of continuity.
