This interior is designed for a guest house as part of a complex, designed by our studio.
The client wanted the interior to be in dark warm shades and natural materials. Therefore, there are a lot of gray, brown, and black colors. However, to preserve the contrast, there are light areas. The most unusual solution of this interior is a fireplace in a copper finish, which has become a wonderful color accent of the common space.
To illuminate such a large and high room, we used not only general ceiling lighting, but also zonal lighting, for example, over the dining area, over the island, a sconce next to the fireplace, and a floor lamp under the stairs.
Thus, we have fulfilled our favorite task - to create a harmonious exterior and interior design considering the client's wishes.
