A façade reconstruction and modernization project began with the existing building shell and the client's completed design. Our goal wasn't to build from scratch, but to reimagine the architecture and adapt it to our style.
We removed overhangs and unnecessary decorative elements, cleansing the form and enhancing the volumes' geometry. We added panoramic windows, creating a more cohesive and modern look, and connecting the façades with the future interior, so that the architecture functions as a single space — both inside and out.
