Project Description

The project started with a large single-story structure of about 16,150 square feet. The existing layout was defined but lacked hierarchy and visual identity. The building stretched across the site without a clear entrance or focal points.

The new concept introduces a distinct entrance composition that organizes the faсade and gives the house character. A vertical screen in front of the main volume provides shading and creates a strong architectural accent. Stone sculptures near the entrance form a sculptural landscape element that turns the entry into an art object. The adjacent stone fountain continues the material language and links the exterior spaces into a unified composition.

The original window configuration was preserved. In tactile areas, wood-textured panels bring warmth and contrast to the otherwise light volumes. The architectural expression is based on a balance of dark wood and soft neutral tones.

The site is structured into several private and public zones. The entrance area opens to landscaped courtyards with terraces extending from the bedrooms, featuring fire pits and gabion partitions for privacy. A separate recreation zone includes workout and play areas, a pond with a gazebo, and a small natural beach. A multifunctional sports court completes the composition, surrounded by gentle terrain and preserved vegetation.

The result is a calm, cohesive residence that combines scale, rhythm, and natural textures in a refined architectural landscape.
