Our goal in this project was to place a holiday home on a beautiful forest plot with a relief difference of 17 meters with minimal interference with the landscape.
We divided the architecture into 3 expressive volumes connected by glass galleries. Each block has an individual finish, but the general style is consistent: burnt dark wood, various forms of glazing and textures. This creates the feeling of a small village, where each "house" performs its function.
The design solution includes a reinforced concrete slab on bored piles and lightweight CLT panels, which minimizes the impact on the soil and reduces the carbon footprint.
This project is an example of architecture that harmoniously interacts with nature, creating a comfortable and functional space for living.
