The project stands out with a spacious and bright first floor, where one area seamlessly flows into another. Floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, visually expanding the interior. A cantilevered staircase rising along an accent stone wall becomes the main focal point of the house.
The overall concept features light-toned surfaces and smooth, rounded corners on the first floor. The second floor is designed as two mirrored zones, each with bedrooms and bathrooms of equal size. For flooring, microcement is used throughout, which also extends to the bathroom walls for a cohesive, contemporary finish.
