The basic idea and philosophy of this house is formed by its surroundings. We’ve got to work with a large plot with a relief and mountain view. There was a very dense forest, that we decided to preserve to design the house as immersed in the context as possible.
Architecture dissolves into the environment. It works due to the extensive roof overhangs and reflecting the surrounding landscape on the facade glazing.
The whole complex consists of two houses: main and guest. The main house is divided into functional areas: a common area, a spa block, and a sleeping area on the second floor. The spa block is located in a way that is convenient for both guests staying in the guest house and the owners, without violating each other's privacy.
