LEV APARTMENT

Apartment design

Project Description

This interior design for a small apartment emphasizes unique accent elements and a dedicated creative workspace. Considering our clients' wishes, we crafted a bright, airy space with comfortable personal zones for everyone.

The living room features light sand-colored walls, natural oak parquet, and walnut-toned furniture, creating a warm, cohesive base. Light floor tiles distinguish the kitchen and hallway, and the kitchen’s central area showcases an acrylic stone countertop with subtle flecks. A "panoramic" sofa anchors the space, serving both the TV and dining areas, while a folding dining table provides flexible seating and optimizes layout.

Knowing the family has a cat, we included a climbing ladder and a cozy nook in the closet, topped with a cat bed, providing a perch for her to observe the space. In the bedroom, a pouf at the makeup table was refined with a petticoat-style design for added charm.

For storage, a suspended closet above the bedside table and a sleek bed design maximize the bedroom's dressing area without overwhelming the space. The bathroom and toilet are separated, with mirrors near the sink to enhance the room’s sense of space. A mix of two tile shades coordinates with the apartment’s overall palette, and throughout, nuanced lighting brings focus and warmth to each room.
