This apartment is situated in the city center within a historic building. The primary challenge was merging a modern minimalist design with the space's historical character. We preserved the arched windows and the 10-foot ceilings, enhancing the historical feel.
These window shapes are echoed in the soft, rounded furniture, creating a cohesive and balanced interior.
We restructured the layout, turning three small rooms into a spacious kitchen-living room area and a cozy bedroom with a walk-in closet.
A standout feature is the compact kitchen, designed to meet the client’s request for a cozy, minimalist space perfect for light cooking. The refrigerator is seamlessly integrated behind white cabinet facades, and the cooktop is hidden within a drawer to maximize counter space and maintain a clean look.
