Our primary objective for this penthouse was to create a timeless interior, addressing the living space and an expansive 3229+ sq. ft. terrace.
Emphasizing continuity, we minimized blank walls and opted for a nearly mono-material approach: parquet flooring throughout and consistent paint finishes on walls and ceilings. We avoided distinct zone divisions in the main living area, creating an inviting, adaptable space perfect for work, relaxation, or lively gatherings.
Each viewpoint within the room offers intriguing perspectives, providing visual interest from any angle—whether relaxing on the couch or dining.
Only the bathroom in the master suite is enclosed by a sliding door. The wardrobe is placed behind the bed’s headboard as a walk-through feature, while the sleeping and reading areas are subtly delineated to form a unified, open layout.
The terrace layout follows a similar approach, with loosely defined zones allowing multiple uses—from family barbecues to meditative lounging or sunbathing by the pool on comfortable loungers.
