In this project, we designed an apartment within an older residential building in Minsk, balancing modern touches with a nod to its history.
The walls feature a beige background paired with micro-cement flooring, while the upper walls and ceiling are finished in a coarse white plaster that evokes the apartment’s historic character. Wooden window casings unify windows of varying heights and, in one case, conceal a radiator.
We emphasized natural, authentic materials, including veneered wood furniture, light textiles, plaster, concrete, and subtle black accents. This thoughtfully crafted space offers a comfortable environment for both living and working.
