The main idea when creating this residence, as well as the entire ecopolis ESSENCE, was the harmonious integration of architecture into the surrounding landscape. It was also important for us to create a private courtyard for a secluded outdoor recreation.
Another detail that we have paid a lot of attention to is the panoramic glazing of common areas. We made it above the road level, thereby opening a beautiful view towards the stream. At the same time, due to the height, we eliminated the possibility of "peeping" into the windows from the side of the road, thereby creating the necessary level of privacy and comfort for the residents of the residence.
