V. COAST TWO

Architectural project

Project Description

Conceptually, this house embraces the river and port themes that define the village. The design is based on a thoughtful layout divided into three main zones: economic, general, and private. The second floor, entirely private, is rotated 17 degrees about the first floor. This subtle shift alters the orientation of the views from the windows and adds a dynamic element to the overall architectural design.

A standout feature of the house is the expansive canopy, which seamlessly covers the parking area and the gallery, creating a unified and cohesive volume for the first floor. This design enhances the house's aesthetic and contributes to its functionality.
