Project Description

We are excited to present another home from our village project in Mongolia. Here are a few key highlights of the design:

1. Intelligent Climate Control: Extensive overhangs around the perimeter of all living spaces protect against summer overheating, while in winter, the lower sun angle allows sunlight to enter the home for additional heating.
2. Unique First Floor Design: Unlike other homes in the village, this house features a fully residential first floor. In addition to the garage and entrance area, it includes a bedroom with a private bathroom and a study.
3. Optimized Views: The entrance to the house is located on the first floor, allowing the living spaces on the second floor to take full advantage of the surrounding views.

This thoughtful design adapts to the local climate while maximizing comfort and functionality.
