We present another house of our village project in Mongolia and here are some interesting facts about it:
1. extensive overhangs around the perimeter of all living areas protect them from overheating in the summer, and in the winter, when the sun is lower, let its rays inside for additional heating.
2. The first floor, unlike other houses in the village, has a residential function. In addition to the garage and the entrance area, it has a bedroom with its own bathroom and study.
3. Entrance and entrance to the house is through the first floor, so the living quarters on the second floor receive maximum viewing characteristics.
