TEPLICA HOUSE

Architectural project

Project Description

This house embodies a modern, minimalist barnhouse style, with one section constructed from concrete and the other from metal. A key feature is the first floor, which is almost entirely glazed, inspiring the name "Greenhouse House."

The facades combine our signature materials—concrete, glass, metal, and wood—in a harmonious design. The second floor appears to float above the light, transparent structure of the glass-walled first floor, while the garage, made from natural fair-faced concrete, adds balance to the overall composition.

Inside, the home's layout is thoughtfully zoned using functional blocks and partition walls. This design creates versatile living spaces and ensures privacy, offering an adaptable environment for various lifestyle needs.
