When designing this house, we were guided by the idea of a comfortable occasional residence and recreation in the countryside. Therefore, in a relatively small area of 260 m2 we had to place a number of mandatory for the customer premises: a spacious living room with a large panoramic sofa, a dining group, a kitchen with a comfortable island part, several guest bedrooms, a rest room, master and child bedrooms. In this case, the first floor is responsible for public and technical functions, and the second floor, on the contrary, is the private unit of the customer's family.
Visually, the house is presented as two laconic volumes with simple and clear facade materials. A pleasant caramel shade of wood flows smoothly into the interior space, harmoniously uniting the exterior and interior of the house.
