The house is on the shore of the lake and surrounded by a dense pine forest. The house is located on a plot with a slight slope, which left its mark on the architectural forms. Our main tasks in this project were:
- harmoniously fit the house into its surroundings;
- integrate the house with the landscape and make it an extension of the coastal slope;
- provide a beautiful view from all the main rooms of the house;
- to provide for the possibility of increasing the house in the future.
As a result, we have a one-storey modern house with a flat roof, a spacious terrace and an incredible view of the lake, as well as the possibility of expansion in the future by adding an additional module consisting of two bedrooms.
