Sata Residence

Architectural project

Project Description

A house that exudes strength and power.

In reconstructing this residence in Latvia, we drew inspiration from architect Vincent Van Duysen's work. For the facade and structure, we updated the exterior with large-format fiberboard panels and accented the upper level with charred wood. Extended roof slopes and covered galleries encircle the home, adding depth and elegance. The garage and carport are designed as stacked concrete blocks, delivering a bold, minimalist aesthetic.

The renovated home's style can be described as neo-chalet, redefining modern suburban living with a fresh, contemporary perspective.
