One of the main objectives of the house was to work out all the scenarios and sitting areas, with large terraces and good views from different angles and places.
Also an interesting concept was applied in the finishing of the basement with granite stone. This technique makes the house feel like it is situated on a rock.
When we designed the back of the house, we made a solid blank wall without panoramic windows. It serves as protection and creates additional privacy.
This technique allows you to install a light fence and visually increase the air space.
