PEARL HOUSE

Architectural project

Project description

At first glance, this house resembles a Mediterranean villa on the shores of the Greek island of Rhodes, but upon closer examination it becomes clear that this is a modern house with large panoramic windows and thoughtful functional zoning.

The house consists of three blocks, each of which has its own functionality: two blocks with bedrooms separated on the sides and their auxiliary rooms, as well as a connecting block with a common area, an entrance group and technical rooms.

All living rooms are facing the water surface of one of the bays of the Dnieper, which, combined with panoramic glazing, opens up an incredible view to the owners.
