This project was based on the idea of gentrification, that is, we preserved the historical heritage in the form of red brick buildings of the old factory, but at the same time introduced a new function into the space.
The main goal of the project is to breathe new life into this quarter and make it a place of attraction for small and medium-sized businesses (catering outlets, shops, co-working spaces, etc.), as well as for city residents and tourists. Therefore, we have thought of many lighting scenarios, cozy recreation areas for companies, summer terraces, playgrounds - all architectural and infrastructural elements that should help make this quarter a bright and vibrant urban space.
