This is a project of the house, which collected a large number of unusual architectural techniques and features. So, in the planning solution of the house, you can trace the division of the house into blocks based on the functions. In one of these blocks we have placed a spa complex and a gym of 100 m2. Also, the large size of the house allowed us to place 6 independent bedrooms and a small stage for the client's own rock band in addition to the master-block.
In working on the layout, we emphasized the view axes so that every turn in the house would close with an aesthetically pleasing view of the landscaped garden. And to enhance the overall charisma of the house, we decided to play on contrasts in the architecture, making the first floor laconic of clinker brick and the second floor of profiled steel with radiused roundings.
