This project in Montenegro is interesting because it was necessary to fit the house into the rocky terrain on a plot with a relief difference of 20 meters.
The house has three floors, but thanks to the relief it does not seem bulky, as it is competently integrated into the surrounding landscape. In addition to the operable roof and terraces, the first floor has its own swimming pool. It is located directly above the garage, which is a non-standard planning decision, and thanks to this method serves as an extension of the terrace and opens a beautiful view.
Three types of materials are used in the decoration of the house: white stucco, glass and aluminum frames. This choice of materials not only creates a clean aesthetic appearance, but also makes the house easy to implement. The visual image of the house is enhanced by angled panoramic glazing and freestanding columns in the interior.
