This is one of the residences of the ecopolis ESSENCE, located on a relief, with an expressive unusual architecture. We have tried to maximize the feeling of unity with nature through competent architectural solutions: spacious outdoor terraces, a pond, a large amount of panoramic glazing, cantilevered outriggers that create the effect of floating the house above the ground.
We also designed a free-standing spa block, which is connected to the main volume of the house by floating terraces made of natural materials. The courtyard in the residence is an absolutely private area, fenced off from neighbors by tall shrubs and trees.
