This residence is an unusual combination of architectural volumes. The first floor consists of two blocks separated by a passage to the courtyard. The first block includes a common kitchen-living room space, and the second is a guest block with a SPA area.
The second floor is more private and we have placed a master block, a children's room and an office in it.
Thanks to the complex shape of the house, we managed to create a cozy courtyard, closed from prying eyes. We oriented all the panoramic windows to this courtyard. And on the side of the road, the house, on the contrary, has no windows to preserve maximum privacy inside the house.
