We focused on balancing several key elements in designing this residence within the Ecopolis ESSENCE. Privacy from the surrounding development was a top priority, as was ensuring that all main rooms were oriented toward the picturesque pond running through the property. Additionally, we needed to harmonize the design with a neighboring one-story residence, ensuring that our two-story structure fit seamlessly within the overall environment.
The result is a home that presents a minimalistic "cube" from the street while revealing a more complex architectural volume inside. This design allows for enhanced privacy and beautiful views from the interior spaces, blending functionality with modern aesthetics.
