This residence of ecopolis ESSENCE stands out for its architecture, which creeps along the relief, so that the house has a dynamic layout. The living room is elevated relative to the main part of the house and is illuminated from two sides, which makes the space light and airy.
We oriented the panoramic glazing of the private areas to the courtyard in order to hide these areas from the street and prying eyes. The second floor is rotated 25 degrees relative to the first, thereby opening up promising views and making the house more expressive. Also, such a game with architectural volumes allows you to visually make the house bigger and more impressive than it really is.
