This residence is located by a stream in a very picturesque area, abutting into the forest. And since one of the important tasks was to preserve the willows already growing on the site, we decided to bring a little Japanese notes to the image of the house.
The plot has a relief drop and we planted a house on it in such a way that the front facade was level with the roadway, and on the reverse side the house "hovered" above the ground. In addition, thanks to the shape of the house, we managed to hide the courtyard from prying eyes and make it more private.
Since the courtyard area is not very large, we designed 5 terraces with their own functions and features at the house. Terraces encircle the house from all sides to the tune of the Japanese engava and make the whole image interesting and dynamic.
