This residence, like the neighboring ones next to it, is located on a strong relief and acts as its continuation. But in this case, we wanted to add something unusual to the exterior of the house, so this residence resembles a modernist villa with the use of metal and plaster in the decoration of facades.
The upper level of the house is deployed relative to the lower one, which makes the space-planning solution non-trivial and gives the architecture dynamism.
