The house is located in Tallinn in a residential area near a picturesque forest, and when designing, we had to solve several problems at the same time: to make the house as functional as possible, taking into account the wishes of customers and, at the same time, fit into strict restrictions on the allotted area for construction. It was the predetermined building spot that determined such a laconic form of the house.
We tried to orient all the main rooms to the courtyard overlooking the tall poplar, on which the customer plans to make a house on the door for children. We have chosen all facade materials in such a way as to emphasize laconic architectural forms and complement them. We also provided a server room in the house, which turns it into a fully automated smart home.
