In this project, our task was to develop a concept for a large commercial development with a total area of 1.8 hectares. In the architectural basis of the project, we included a prefabricated metal frame, asymmetrical pitched roofs and a staggered arrangement of windows, which make the development dynamic. We sought to make the quarter modern, technological, while taking into account the surrounding context and the specifics of the project itself, which was conceived as a large creative center where companies in a variety of areas could rent space: from business consulting and catering establishments to warehouse services.
