Bellevue-Haus

Architectural project

Project Description

This project presented the challenge of rugged terrain and numerous building restrictions, which shaped our design approach.

During our initial meetings with the client, we discovered his passion for cars, including a small collection. This made it clear that more than one garage would be necessary. We designed the house in three distinct blocks, one of which is situated on the lower level of the plot. This lower block includes a spacious three-car garage, a utility area with a street entrance, and a boiler room.

The upper part of the house is single-story and consists of two blocks: a public space and a private living area, both connected by a central entrance zone. The common areas are oriented towards the stunning mountainous landscape, providing breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets.
