The plot has a dense forest and a complex terrain. Therefore, we located the house on the highest plot point with the fewest trees. This arrangement allowed the house to rise above the crowns of trees and get the most detailed panorama around.
Due to the peculiarities of geology, we chose a pile foundation, which allowed us to place the house above rocky areas and reduce the amount of excavation work.
All facade materials are natural and nice to touch: wood, metal, crushed stone, and concrete. The house exterior has a complex composition that merges it with the surroundings.
