Our latest project in Kyiv stands out as we designed two similar-style homes for two brothers.
A unique feature of this project is the expansive ground floor. Cars are powered by a car elevator and pass through a tunnel beneath the house to reach the garage. This design eliminates the need for ramps, maximizing the use of the entire yard space.
The ground floor also includes a spa area that opens onto a patio featuring a beautiful Japanese garden, adding a tranquil touch to the residence.
