This project began with a three-story house, including a basement, situated on a 1-acre plot. The original design reflected typical private architecture from the 2000s, featuring numerous bay windows, plastic profile glazing, and a complex roofline with copper accents.
During the renovation, we completely removed the roof and the third floor, replacing the outdated facade materials shaped by the house's many rounded corners. The building's structural frame was preserved, and most of the window openings were repurposed from the demolished sections and existing structure. The result is a dramatic transformation, evolving the house from a bulky, outdated design into a light, modern, and expressive architectural statement.
